I ordered from Garden In Minutes thinking the setup would be simple, and I was hoping for one of those projects where you feel confident the whole way through. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely took more patience than I expected.

Some of the pieces lined up fine, but a few needed a lot of adjusting before they fit right. The instructions helped to a point, but when something didn’t go together smoothly, I kept wishing there was a little more guidance or reassurance that I wasn’t doing it wrong.

Now that it’s finally assembled, it looks nice and I’m glad it’s done. I just felt frustrated during the process, and for the price, I expected it to be easier and a little less stressful.

I was disappointed because I really thought this would help my plants do better, but they barely grew at all. I kept waiting to see some improvement, and it was frustrating because nothing seemed to grow the way it should have.

I’ve been trying to get replacement parts for this and no luck at all... seems like they’re just not available anywhere

I reached out to customer service and I’m still waiting on a reply. Not sure what’s going on, but it’s been a bit frustrating tbh

When I first took it out of the box, my immediate thought was that the materials felt cheaper than I expected. It looked decent enough online, but in person the sides felt flimsy and the edges were thinner than I’d hoped. I just didn’t get the feeling it would hold up well outside over time. For the price, I was disappointed

i couldn’t make sense of the steps at all. i kept going back and rereading them, but it still didn’t click, and i ended up wasting most of my afternoon trying to figure it out.

I bought this garden bed kit and, uh, it started leaking around the corners pretty much as soon as I had it set up. I tried tightening everything and double-checking the liner, but I still kept finding wet spots all over. For the price, I expected better. Frustrating.

It took forever to show up, which was annoying. I don’t know, there was just something about it that made the whole experience feel frustrating

My order got here quickly, so that part was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box looked rough when it arrived, and one corner was torn open enough that some of the parts had moved around inside
Luckily nothing was completely broken, but a few pieces had scratches and dirt on them, which was annoying. For what I paid, I really expected it to be packed with a little more care

I mean, I really wanted this garden grid to work well, but in my setup the watering was just, uneven. Some spots got water and then other plants were still basically dry, so yeah, that was kind of frustrating. I’m disappointed overall because I was hoping it would make things easier, not leave me checking and re-watering certain areas

Support did fix my issue in the end, so there’s that. It just took a few emails back and forth before we finally got there, which was a fun little journey I wasn’t exactly hoping to take.

I ordered two corner pieces, but what showed up was a mix of random parts that didn’t match what I needed. I don’t think I’m being picky here, I just expected to get the items I actually ordered. When I reached out to support, the replies made things more confusing instead of helping.

I mean, the beds did look really nice at first, so I was happy with them. But after a while, keeping everything level and staying on top of the weeds ended up being more work than I thought it would be. I’m not sure I’d call it low maintenance, at least not for me.

Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine just didn’t feel durable at all.

I had to return one part under warranty, and to be fair, they did eventually help me get it sorted. But the whole thing was slower than I expected, with replies taking a few days each time. What annoyed me most was the wording around the return process, it made it sound way simpler and quicker than it actually was. In the end it worked out, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as they made it seem.

In the end, my order did go through, but getting there was more of a hassle than I expected. I wanted to like Garden In Minutes®, but the whole ordering process felt kind of clunky, especially when the pages were loading slowly for me.
The cart also kept acting weird when I tried to change quantities, which made it more annoying than it needed to be. After checkout, I didn’t get clear updates right away, so I kept checking my email. The product might be totally fine, but the website experience itself wasn’t very smooth.

It worked fine in the beginning, but after a while it just stopped working, haha. Kind of disappointing since it seemed okay at first.

I’m not totally sure if I was just working with an awkward space, but the sizes felt a bit too fixed for my garden layout. I tried a few ways to make it work, and it just never really fit right.

I was hoping this would make watering the garden easier, but it’s been a bit annoying honestly. Some areas get totally soaked, and then other spots are still dry like the water just missed them. I tried moving it around and adjusting it a few times, but it kept doing the same thing. Just not very even, which is kind of the whole point.

I bought this raised bed hoping it would be solid, but right out of the box the boards felt thin. The corners were kind of a pain too because they didn’t line up as well as they should’ve. Once I filled it with soil, it started bowing, and at that point I was like, come on now. For what it costs, I really expected it to hold up a lot better.
